FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA-WIDE

We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on all orders across Australia.

There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden shipping fees.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that orders are not shipped on the same day they are placed.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Once your order has been shipped, please allow approximately 10–15 business days for delivery.

Total estimated delivery time:

• Shipping Time: 8–15 Business Days

Estimated total timeframe:
11–18 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or peak holiday periods.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become available.

In some cases, tracking updates may take several days to appear while the package is moving through the carrier's network.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Most orders are delivered directly to your mailbox, front door, or designated safe location.

The final delivery method is determined by the shipping carrier.

If the carrier determines that it is unsafe to leave the parcel unattended, they may:
• Hold the package at a local collection point
• Leave a collection notice
• Attempt re-delivery

We recommend using a shipping address where someone is available to receive the parcel whenever possible.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we work with trusted logistics partners, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier disruptions
• Severe weather events
• Customs inspections
• Public holidays
• High-volume shipping periods

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us and our team will gladly assist.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

Providing incorrect or incomplete address details may result in shipping delays, failed delivery attempts, or returned packages.
