30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We're confident you'll love Nuviselle ClearView. However, if you've given the product a genuine try and it doesn't meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a refund.
To qualify for our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
• You must use the product for at least 7 days
• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
• Email us at nuviselle@gmail.com
• Include your order number and a brief explanation of your experience
Once we receive your request, our team will review it and aim to respond within 48 business hours.
Why 7 Days?
Many customers need a few uses to become familiar with the device and app experience. We simply ask that you give Nuviselle ClearView a fair opportunity before requesting a refund.
14-Day Return Policy (Unopened Products Only)
If you've changed your mind before opening your order, you may request a return.
To qualify:
• Contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
• Provide your order number and proof of purchase
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened devices and used silicone tips cannot be returned under this policy.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Product Use & Responsibility
Nuviselle provides instructions for proper product use through product packaging, product pages, and supporting materials.
Customers are responsible for using the product as directed.
Nuviselle is not responsible for issues, damage, or injury resulting from misuse, improper handling, failure to follow instructions, or use outside of the intended purpose.
Any damage caused by misuse is not covered by our refund, replacement, or warranty policies.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow:
• 3–10 business days for refund processing
• Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider
Processing times may vary between financial institutions.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of:
• Used Nuviselle ClearView devices
• Opened silicone ear tips
• Any product showing signs of use
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they enter processing.
Once an order has been shipped or is in transit, cancellations are no longer possible.
If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If there is an issue with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider.
Our support team is committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, we reserve the right to provide order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and customer communications to assist in resolving the dispute.
